Water
Our farm's own water source supplies the entire farm with spring water. This is stored in tank reservoirs.
Solar
The pumpkin farm relies on renewable energy.
New from August 2019, the pumpkin farm is equipped with a photovoltaic system.
Pumpkins
Pumpkins are a colourful round thing!
We produce up to 50 tonnes a year.
We present, process and sell them and
build a festival around them.
On our farm you can pause in the wine shop and fill your shopping basket in the farm shop.
Heating
Our latest project is a woodchip heating system that supplies our entire farm with heat. The wood comes from our forest.
The construction is expected to be completed in 2021.
The Swiss Table
We work together with the Schweizer Tafel.
Pumpkins that are not sold do not end up on the compost heap, but benefit other people.
Potatoes
In our fields we also plant the potato varieties Désirée and Lady Christl. Both varieties are versatile. More information about them in our online shop.
